The Hollywood Wax Museum is another popular attraction that features lifelike wax figures of famous celebrities.

If you have time to stop for a drink, the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is worth a visit.  It’s a classic hotel built in 1927, and was home to the first ever Academy Awards in 1929.  It’s definitely a throw back to the golden era of Los Angeles architecture and is worth a visit.

The Griffith Observatory

The Griffith Observatory is one of the most iconic landmarks in Los Angeles. Located on a hilltop in Griffith Park, the observatory offers stunning views of the city and the Hollywood sign. It’s also home to a planetarium and several exhibits that explore the wonders of the universe.

One of the most popular exhibits at the Griffith Observatory is the Tesla Coil, which emits bursts of electricity that create a dazzling light show. The Observatory also offers telescopes for visitors to use, allowing them to observe the stars and planets up close.

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) is the largest art museum in the western United States. One of the most popular exhibits at LACMA is the Urban Light installation, which features 202 street lamps that were once used in the streets of Los Angeles. The installation has become an iconic landmark in the city, and it’s a must-see attraction for visitors to Los Angeles.

Santa Monica Pier
