Live Well, Travel Often is an independent affiliate of Gifted Travel Network, a Virtuoso member agency. Live
Well, Travel Often and the travel service suppliers/tour operators selected reserve the right to adjust, alter or
cancel itineraries to meet local conditions for the convenience and safety of our clients/guests.
By paying or authorizing a deposit, or final payment, I agree that I have read and accept the following Live
Well, Travel Often Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and everyone in my party.
RESPONSIBILITY
Live Well, Travel Often is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested. Live Well, Travel Often
acts solely as a booking agent for cruise lines, hotels, airlines, ground transportation, and other companies
providing accommodations, tours, transportation, and/or other services. All terms and conditions of the
travel service supplier govern and apply to your travel and supersede those of Live Well, Travel Often. Live
Well, Travel Often is not responsible for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to client or to
those traveling with client in connection with any travel services we have booked including losses or
additional expenses due to delay in rail, plane, vessel or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war,
terrorism, quarantine, force majeure or other causes. I acknowledge and accept that there are cancellation
policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, CHARGEBACKS & REFUNDS
Live Well, Travel Often trips and tour experiences are subject to cancellation fees, based on the terms
established by the travel suppliers/vendors. Specific cancelation fees can be found on the supplier/vendor
documentation saved to your itinerary. Live Well, Travel Often reserves the right to charge my credit card on
file, and I agree to pay, a $350 per person cancellation fee to Live Well, Travel Often, regardless of the
refund/cancellation policy of the travel supplier. Live Well, Travel Often also reserves the right to charge a
planning fee prior to preparing any proposal for travel. Such a planning fee is not refundable under any
circumstances. I agree that I will not initiate any credit card chargeback for a credit card payment that I or
any member of my traveling party has authorized.
IN TRAVEL DESTINATION CHANGE FEE
In the event that I or a member of my traveling party requests a voluntary change to the itinerary after
departing on a trip, including but not limited to, adding activities, hotels, flights, trains, and/or transfers, I
agree to pay a $100 Change Fee or each such change and to charge my credit card for such Change Fee.
This is a separate charge by Live Well, Travel Often, and is in addition to any charges incurred by our
vendors.
This Change Fee does not apply to a change that is not voluntary, such as a change required due to flight
schedule changes, train schedule changes, illness, strikes, closures, and similar unforeseeable occurrences. I
agree that I will not initiate any credit card chargeback for a credit card payment for the Change Fee.
Voluntary flight changes will incur a $100 per person change fee, in addition to any charges incurred by the
airline.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All travel documents are the sole responsibility of the individual guest. All guests must be in possession of a
valid passport, necessary visas and health documents, as required by the countries visited. Passport must be
valid for 6 months after the last day of your trip. For further information, please visit the U.S. State
Department web site: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html. It is each traveler’s responsibility to make
certain that they have proper immunizations before travel – please see your health provider for advice.
Travelers who do not meet destination requirements may be denied boarding, entrance, or access, and will
not be eligible for refunds because of lack of documentation.
INSURANCE
Travel protection and insurance is recommended to each client/traveler to protect your investment. Unless
specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of client’s itinerary. Client expressly
acknowledges that Live Well, Travel Often has recommended travel protection and insurance. In the event,
the client waives travel protection and insurance, client acknowledges that they will be responsible for all
nonrefundable fees and costs.
The extent of insurance coverage in foreign countries varies widely and depends on their laws and customs.
In the event you need to file a travel insurance claim for a covered reason, LWTO will assist you in submitting
the claim and assembling the required documentation. You are responsible for reviewing, signing and
approving all claim forms and accept responsibility for the accuracy of submissions to the insurance
company. Client expressly acknowledges and agree that LWTO is assisting client with its travel insurance
claim as a courtesy, and that LWTO shall not be liable for, and client agrees to waive any claim and hold
LWTO harmless from, any claim of liability or responsibility against LWTO in connection with the travel
insurance claim.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities for local guides and drivers are not included in above costs and are at the clients’ discretion. Please
see our website for suggested tipping etiquette.
PRICING
Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and may fluctuate until booked
and deposited. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international
credit card issuer fees. Live Well, Travel Often is not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges,
government-imposed taxes and fees, or supplier-imposed increases. Meals, refreshments, and entrance fees
not specified in the itinerary as included are at the client’s expense.
