Dinning Room, Fairmont Olympic Hotel
One of the highlights of our visit at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel was dining at Shuckers Restaurant. This iconic seafood restaurant is a culinary delight, offering some of the freshest and most delicious seafood dishes I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. We had the opportunity to try local north Pacific oysters, and being east coast oyster snobs, these were very impressive!
After dinner, we made our way to the Olympic Bar for a nightcap. The Olympic Bar exudes a sophisticated charm, with its expertly crafted cocktails and cozy ambiance. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city of Seattle.

2024 marks the hotel’s 100 year anniversary, a true testament to the timeless appeal and exceptional quality of The Fairmont Olympic Hotel. With its rich history and commitment to excellence, this hotel continues to set the standard for luxury accommodations in Seattle.
Overall, The Fairmont Olympic Hotel is the perfect choice for luxury travelers looking for a memorable and upscale experience in Seattle. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to the Emerald City.
